ELECTION INFORMATION

Elections for Board Members are held every even number years in November. The District does a joint election by contracting through the Henderson County Election Office. The District's next election will be held on November 2026. 

BOARD MEMBER ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

APPOINTMENT APPLICATION DUE 09/06/2025 4PM. 

The East Cedar Creek Fresh Water Supply District has a vacancy on the Board of Directors due to a recent resignation.  The Board of Directors, by quorum, governs on behalf of the District’s best interest and is a non-salary position.  Applications are available at our Administration Office located at 115 Hammer Rd, Gun Barrel City, Tx 75156 and need to be returned no later than September 9, 2025. The Board would also like for the applicant to attach a short Bio/Resume.
